Originally offered as part of the Level 2 VCA award, we are now able to extend our provision of Functional Skills to anyone wishing to achieve this award whether part of the Level 3 Entry requirements or upskilling their current literacy and numeracy levels. There is no obligation to enrol on any other awards offered by BGT Ltd.

Functional Skills Level 2, is a GCSE equivalent and key for entry onto any Level 3 apprenticeship.

Funded route: full funding can be drawn down for those currently on the Level 2 Animal Care & Welfare apprenticeship.

Private: for those wishing to achieve the FS qualification as a standalone award/s, you will receive 15 one to one remote lessons and resources.
